“Our Marriage Camino” on 1 October turned out to be a beautiful, intimate, couple time, date time, much needed time for all the couples on the day. Knowing that your children — big and small — are in good, capable hands is a true blessing in disguise. Our Lady, our Lord and our Father and founder Father Kentenich guides us and led us perfectly on the journey of 15 stations of marriage on the day. We are just merely the servants helping our families get through times of trials and tribulations that are faced in our marriages and family life today.
“Our Marriage Camino” gave the couples an opportunity to look back, to talk, to look into each other’s eyes, to pull on the heart strings, to listen and helped them to open up.
We make time for everything on the day and that is a promise. We also have a feedback session where the couples can talk about their experiences on the day and where we can improve. The feedback has only been a positive one so far and we believe that “Our Marriage Camino” can only grow from strength to strength.

Here is some feedback given by a family who attended the Marriage Camino:
“I would just like to say thank you to you guys and all the helpers that organized and made this Camino possible. My wife and I had such a wonderful time and it really brought us closer together. The day went by so quickly but we felt so peaceful and calm and enjoyed the day together for a change. Life is so hectic that we realized we need to make more time with each other, those date coffees, and breakfasts etc are a wonderful idea.
We will try to do the camino on our own at least once a month as well, just to strengthen our bonds together and spend time with each other.
Please keep us informed of any other functions at Schoenstatt or family functions. We would love to attend. Any way we can assist as well, we would be happy to help
Kind regards and keep up the good work. Gods richest blessing to you and your family.
